Our refund policy is pretty straightforward, if you request a refund, you'll receive a full refund.

To ensure fair access for everyone, we kindly ask you to avoid overbooking and to book only what you need, allowing others the opportunity to secure their slots.

Package Purchases

If you buy a discounted package (3 or 5 letter assessments with a 50%-100% discount on one letter):

The discount is exclusive to the package.

If you request a refund while on an assessment package, the assessed letters will be re-priced at the normal rate before the remaining balance is refunded.

Example for Clarity:
If you paid for a discounted 3-letter package but had only 1 letter assessed before requesting a refund, you’ll be charged the standard rate for that 1 letter, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Gifting Our Services

If you no longer need our services but wish to transfer them to a friend, simply reach out to us and we'll arrange everything to make the process seamless.
